Michael "Olga" Algar (nacido el 21 de septiembre del año 1962 en Marsden, South Shields, Inglaterra), es un guitarrista ingles, cantante, compositor y la cara visible de los Toy Dolls. Olga vivió en la ciudad de Sunderland durante la mayor parte de su vida antes de mudarse a Tokio, Japon, en el 2000. En el 2002 se mudo a la ciudad de Londres, donde se ha mantenido hasta el dia de hoy.
