Mientras tanto, la banda se trasladó a Londres y fue reformada por el actual vocalista "Bubbles", quien tambien tocaba el bajo en Booze & Glory. "Changing Times" es su debut en vinilo, el cual trae un punk melodico con una dosis de Oi! y algo mas.
