Banda formada el 2005 en Cosenza, Italia, por el vocalista "Valerio" (como baterista en ese entonces). The offenders se hicieron populares en la escena local despues del lanzamiento del single “Rudeboys In A Dancefloor” en febrero del 2006. Mucho meses mas tarde, su segundo single “Hooligan Reggae” les dio la oportunidad de firmar con el sello aleman Conehead Records, en el cual lanzaron su primer disco larga duracion “Hooligan Reggae” en el 2007, este año recorrieron toda alemania, mientras el disco se convertia en el gran exito de la escena ska europea. En mayo de 2008 Conehead Records lanzo el Wake Up Rebels 7'' y con ello la consagracion de la banda, y con esto la oportunidad de tocar en varios paises.
